Spa Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations for spa services.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs.
• Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
• Assist clients with product recommendations and retail sales.
• Knowledge of all services/treatments.
• Convert client treatment/promotion inquiries to bookings.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using POS systems.
• Ensure the spa area is well-stocked and organized, including managing inventory levels.
• Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.
• Collaborate with spa staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• MA Aesthetician License Required
• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to promote spa services and products effectively.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Proficient in basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
• Experience with POS systems is advantageous.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A background in grocery store or retail environments is beneficial but not required.
