Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Esthetician and Front Desk Specialist, where your expertise in skincare, beauty treatments, and exceptional guest service will shine! In this energetic role, you will provide top-tier esthetic services—including facials, body waxing, dermabrasion, lamination, tinting and laser treatments—while managing front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism.

The position offers 1 day per week of front desk duties, which is paid hourly - $20/h. The other days can be flexible hours for offering esthetic service, which is paid commission based (35% starting rate).

Duties

• Deliver a variety of esthetic treatments such as facials, body waxing, and laser therapy with precision and care
• Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, scheduling appointments using salon management software like Millennium or MINDBODY, and handling client inquiries
• Promote retail sales through product demos and upselling techniques to enhance client results and satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across treatment rooms and common areas in compliance with health regulations
• Engage with clients via social media management to promote services, special offers, and upcoming events
• Assist with managing social media platforms to increase brand visibility and client engagement
• Support team members by coordinating appointments efficiently and ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as a Certified Esthetician or Cosmetologist with experience in esthetic laser treatment, Botox (Botulinum toxin), dermal fillers, and other advanced skincare procedures
• Management skills to oversee appointment scheduling and client flow using salon software
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Experience with retail sales techniques including upselling and product demos to maximize revenue opportunities
• Familiarity with social media management tools to promote services effectively in the digital space
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining a lively and positive attitude
