Any candidate should also have the ability to multi-task effectively and be computer literate.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, service with a smile, tact, and diplomacy.
• Must be punctual, dependable, proactive, and have the ability to work well with the salon owner, staff, and clients.
• Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate in a professional and friendly manner.
• Must be comfortable speaking with clients and prospective clients on the telephone and in-person. Challenges with guests are inevitable and the person in this position must be able to deal with these challenges with ease and train other front desk coordinators to do the same.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work as a team player and independently.
• Ability to educate and sell services and retail products to clients.
