We're looking for a high-level multitasker with strong organizational skills and a passion for both beauty and branding. This unique hybrid role blends salon coordination with social media and marketing, making it perfect for someone who thrives in both client-facing and creative environments.

Key Responsibilities

Salon Operations & Coordination

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
• Manage and book appointments using salon scheduling software
• Maintain daily flow of appointments and support stylist timing
• Handle phones, emails, confirmations, and rescheduling
• Oversee front desk operations including inventory and light retail sales
• Help maintain a smooth, clean, and elevated environment for clients and staff

Social Media & Marketing

• Create and post engaging, on-brand content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Capture and edit photos/videos that showcase our work, team, and client experience
• Build a consistent posting calendar using current trends and hashtags
• Engage with followers, respond to DMs and comments, and help grow our online presence
• Collaborate on promotions, email marketing, and in-salon campaigns

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–5 years experience in a salon, spa, or front desk environment and/or digital marketing role
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and video editing apps like CapCut or InShot
• Ability to multitask in a high-energy, upscale salon environment
• A strong eye for aesthetic, branding, and content trends within the beauty space
• Knowledge of scheduling software (Vagaro, Meevo, or similar) is a plus
