Salon Beau is looking for a dedicated, hardworking Salon Assistant to join our team in Andover. This is an entry-level position with strong growth potential for someone serious about building a long-term career in the beauty industry.About the Role
This is a hands-on, client-facing position. You will be assisting stylists on the floor while also being trained in front desk and reception responsibilities. You'll play a key role in maintaining the overall client experience from start to finish.
Daily Responsibilities
- Assisting stylists with services
- Shampooing and preparing clients
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the salon
- Laundry, cleaning, and restocking (a large part of the role, especially in the beginning)
- Supporting front desk operations and guest experience
Requirements
- Must hold a valid cosmetology license
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be available to work the following schedule: Tuesday & Wednesday: 12pm–8pm, Thursday & Friday: 12pm–6pm
