What You'll Do
- Greet clients and help create a warm, welcoming salon experience
- Shampoo and condition clients' hair, and prep clients for services
- Assist stylists with draping, mixing color, and preparing products per their instructions
- Keep styling stations, tools, and the back bar clean, stocked, and sanitized
- Help with laundry, towel folding, and general salon upkeep
- Support stylists throughout the day so every client gets great service
What You Bring
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Salon experience is a plus, but not required
- New York State Shampoo Assistant License or Cosmetology License preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
