Full Time Assistant at Capello Salon
Capello Salon has been in business in Western New York since 1970. Repeatedly voted "Best in Buffalo" in multiple categories, we are currently looking to hire a full time assistant at our East Amherst location. Assists stylists with day to day duties and helps to maintain overall operation of the salon.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist stylists with the setup of the work stations
- Let stylist know that their next client is in
- Write down the clients formulas if they are having color that day
- Enter the updated formulas in the computer
- Aid stylists by: washing hair, applying color, handing foils, rinsing perms, etc.
- Assist salon operation by: doing laundry, making coffee, stocking cooler, vacuuming, etc.
Education and Experience
- Must have a New York State Cosmetology License
- One year of related work experience and a high school level education; or an equivalent combination of experience and education
