Spa Coordinator at Woodhouse Spa
We are looking for a talented customer service professional who has a passion for health & wellness and a drive to move up and potentially join our management team.Must be a self-starter and willing to learn and grow with the spa.
More specifically, our spa coordinators:
- Maximize spa bookings and ensure proper guest flow
- Help with merchandising spa boutique
- Assist guests with gift card and retail recommendations
- Ensure a positive, consistent guest experience
- Support the spa and hospitality managers
- Are super organized and have an astute attention for detail
- Love working with a team
- Always make sure the spa is tidy and guest amenities are well stocked
- Managerial experience is a plus
