• Provide manicures, nail trimming, filing, shaping, and basic nail care services to residents while promoting comfort, personal hygiene, and well-being.
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care while respecting each individual's dignity, preferences, and personal grooming needs.
• Follow established infection prevention, sanitation, and safety protocols, including proper cleaning and disinfection of tools and equipment.
• Communicate with nursing staff regarding resident needs or concerns, follow facility policies, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area.

Qualifications for Success

• Must have a current MA Cosmetology or Manicurist license.
• Must carry professional liability insurance.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to provide a copy of auto insurance if driving to the community.
• Must be able to provide own supplies and tools to perform services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with residents, families, visitors, vendors, and team members.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written.
