Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
• Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
• Provide personalized consultations to recommend nail treatments and color choices that suit individual styles and preferences
• Cross sell additional services like skincare, body waxing, or brow treatments to enhance client satisfaction and revenue
• Stay current with the latest trends in nail care, color theory, and beauty techniques to offer innovative solutions
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, communication skills, and professional expertise
• Assist with retail sales of nail products, skincare items, and beauty accessories to support business growth

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license or relevant certification in nail technology required by state or local regulations
• Proven experience in nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel applications, acrylics, and nail art techniques
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures to uphold health standards within the salon environment
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
• Ability to demonstrate excellent retail math skills for upselling products effectively
