At EZ Tan, Hair and Nails (EZTHN), we are all about creating a welcoming environment and providing a friendly, enjoyable service. We love to build relationships with our clients and make their salon experience rejuvenating for their mind and body. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nail care, keep their station organized and sanitary, and have a passionate desire to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

In our salon, our cosmetologists pay a weekly booth fee of $150, or $600 per month, to the owner. You then have the ability to create your own schedule (within our salon's regular open hours), set your own prices, build a clientele, and take home all of your own earnings. We provide the spaces and chair, and you must provide your own nail tools and products.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in accordance with health regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to offer innovative services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Keep record of your sales and assist customers with checking out and scheduling.

Skills

• Proficient in various nail care techniques and treatments.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients effectively.
• Knowledge of retail math to assist with product sales and inventory management.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
• Ability to work while maintaining professionalism.
• Experience in facial waxing, hair styling, hair threading, barbering, or hair extensions is a plus (Not required).
