Duties

• Perform professional manicure and pedicure treatments using the latest techniques and products to ensure client satisfaction.
• Apply nail enhancements such as gels, acrylics, and dip powders with precision and artistry.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety.
• Offer personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail designs, colors, and treatments based on client preferences.
• Upsell additional services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance the client experience.
• Stay current on industry trends including color theory, nail art techniques, and new product innovations.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and attentive customer service.
• Assist with retail sales of nail care products and other beauty items to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license or certification in nail technology from an accredited program.
• Demonstrated knowledge of nail care procedures, sanitation standards, and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in color theory and nail art design to create visually appealing looks.
• Experience with advanced treatments such as gel application, acrylics, dip powders, dermabrasion or esthetic laser treatments is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to perform detailed work while maintaining a lively and energetic attitude.
• Knowledge of retail math for upselling products effectively.
• Additional skills such as hair extensions, hair styling, eyelash extensions, hair threading, body waxing, barbering or esthetic treatments are desirable but not required.
