Compensation: $68,000 – $135,000 per year (base + commission)

What We're Looking For

• Medical Spa Experience: REQUIRED — 2+ years preferred
• Sales Pro: Strong skills in sales and upselling treatment packages

• Aesthetic Expertise: Deep understanding of skincare, treatments, and spa operations

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the medical spa
• Conduct client consultations and recommend ideal treatments
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to reach sales/performance goals
• Plan and execute monthly promotions and loyalty programs
• Oversee hiring, team scheduling, and performance reviews
• Maintain high standards in treatment quality and cleanliness
• Manage inventory, ordering, and product usage
• Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally
• Collaborate with ownership on strategy and business planning
