The business is thriving — but like many founders, Anna is still carrying too much of the day-to-day. This role exists to change that.
The Opportunity
You’ll take full ownership of operations — turning vision into execution and ensuring the business runs at a consistently high standard.
Build systems that scale with growth

The Impact & Compensation
In your first 90 days, you’re already improving KPIs and creating structure.
By 6–12 months, you’re running operations and helping plan the next location.
$70–75K base + up to $25K performance bonus (total $100K+)
