Located in Groton, Massachusetts, our established holistic wellness clinic offers acupuncture, chiropractic care, and therapeutic bodywork, with a special focus on women's health and well-being.

Our collaborative approach supports women through every stage of life, including fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, hormonal changes, perimenopause, and menopause, as well as pain management, stress relief, and overall wellness.

We serve an established community of patients throughout North Central Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire who value thoughtful, personalized care in a warm and welcoming environment.

We're looking for a Massachusetts-licensed massage therapist who is passionate about individualized care and interested in growing their practice within a collaborative, community-focused wellness clinic.

The Opportunity

Join an established wellness clinic where massage therapy is an important part of a whole-person approach to care. You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients, grow your massage practice, and connect with an existing patient community through collaborative referrals and shared wellness goals.

Experience in prenatal and postpartum massage is especially valuable, but we also welcome therapists who are interested in developing their skills in these areas.

Schedule

We offer flexible scheduling opportunities, including weekdays and weekends, based on practitioner availability and client demand. We're happy to discuss a schedule that works well for both the massage therapist and the practice.

What We're Looking For

• Current Massachusetts massage therapy license in good standing
• Interest in women's health, prenatal and postpartum care, pain management, stress relief, or related areas
• A compassionate, individualized approach to massage therapy
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and reliability
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative wellness environment
• Commitment to providing a welcoming, comfortable, and respectful experience for every client

Prenatal and/or postpartum massage training or certification is strongly preferred, but not required.

Compensation

$50–$70 per hour, depending on experience and the agreed-upon arrangement. Additional compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
