Licensed Massage Therapist at All About the Massage

If you're a licensed massage therapist, you've probably felt the squeeze:

• On your own: rent, booking software, marketing, laundry, and every slow week falls on you.
• At a franchise: the schedule is full, but sessions are rushed, there are quotas, and the paycheck doesn't reflect your skill.

All About the Massage is an independent, therapist-owned studio in Westford, in business since 2010. Every session starts with the same question: "What are we working on today?" Our clients come for therapeutic work, like neck and back pain, headaches and stress-related tension, and they keep coming back because it works.

What You Get

• $54–$72/hour plus tips
• Employee position, not contractor
• No overhead: booking, marketing, front desk, and supplies are handled for you
• Steady demand from an established client base
• Three 6-hour shifts per week minimum, with evenings and weekends as the priority
• Focused, goal-driven sessions, not production-line massage
• A small, experienced team, and an owner who still works on the table

Who We're Looking For

• Massachusetts-licensed massage therapist
• At least 1 year of experience, with a therapeutic or clinical focus
• Available evenings and weekends
• Wants long-term client relationships and is ready to build them session by session
