Responsibilities

• Perform professional massage therapy sessions based on client needs.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and develop customized treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with clients about their treatment goals, progress, and any relevant health information using medical terminology when appropriate.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment and practice proper sanitation protocols.
• Stay informed about physiology, anatomy, pain management strategies, and current massage therapy practices to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Document each session accurately in compliance with licensing requirements and client confidentiality standards.
• Promote excellent customer service by building trusting relationships and addressing client questions or concerns professionally.

Qualifications

• Valid massage therapy license or certification in accordance with local regulations.
• Proven experience and preferably an established clientele.
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, pain management principles, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy.
• Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) is required for safety compliance.
• Excellent client communication skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively.
