Licensed Massage Therapist at World Spa

WORLD SPA is the first of its kind to offer a global, authentic, and unmatched spa experience by preserving ancient practices and uniting various culturally authentic sauna, bathing, and spa treatments in one destination. We are currently seeking talented, passionate, and accomplished Licensed Massage Therapists who are interested in pursuing an exciting career opportunity with the WORLD SPA Brand at our Flagship Location. Responsibilities

• Perform assigned and scheduled treatments to all guests per company direction while maintaining WORLD SPA's Standard of Excellence.
• Upkeep and maintain State of the Art Treatment Rooms and Equipment to company standards. Continuously provide outstanding customer service.
• Attend and participate in regular training and development meetings to stay current on the company's treatments and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed to practice Massage Therapy in New York State.
• Must possess good communication skills, positive attitude, and work well in a team environment.
• Must be a team player. Must be energetic, engaging, and eager to work in their craft and perfect their skills.
• Must be courteous and respectful to guests, members, colleagues, and members of the Leadership Team.
• Must be willing and able to perform massages and body treatments per the company's vision, direction, and standards.
• Must possess strong client facing, consultative selling, upselling/upgrading, and cross-promoting skills.

Pay Structure

The pay rate for this position is $16.50 per hour, and eligible for commission per treatment performed, as well as gratuities left by clients.
