Duties

• Perform eyelash extension applications, ensuring precise placement and natural-looking results that meet client expectations
• Deliver a variety of esthetic services such as facial treatments, body waxing, and comprehensive skincare solutions
• Assist clients with product demos and retail sales to promote skincare and beauty products that support their aesthetic goals
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards in accordance with industry regulations to ensure a hygienic environment for clients and staff
• Engage with clients through excellent customer service skills, addressing their needs and providing personalized recommendations
• Utilize social media management skills to promote services, share client success stories, and grow the salon's online presence

Skills

• Proven experience in eyelash extensions, lash lift, brow design, waxing and facial services
• Strong management skills with the ability to handle front desk responsibilities and coordinate appointments efficiently
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients about treatment options like botulinum toxin treatment or esthetic laser procedures while building trust
• Retail sales expertise combined with upselling abilities to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue opportunities
• Competence in social media management for marketing services and engaging with the community online
• Deep understanding of sanitation protocols to uphold the highest standards of hygiene in all treatments
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
