We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension services while ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage various salon tasks efficiently.

Duties

• Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their preferences and aftercare instructions.
• Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
• Utilize salon software for appointment management and client records.
• Assist with social media management to promote services and engage with clients online.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive guest experience by providing hospitality and support in other areas such as nail care or barbering when needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or similar role is preferred but not required; training may be provided.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Familiarity with salon software systems is a plus.
• Experience in hospitality or guest services is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for beauty and aesthetics, along with a commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of eyelash extensions.
