Duties

Perform eyelash extension applications, ensuring precise placement and natural-looking results that meet client expectations
Deliver a variety of esthetic services such as facial treatments, body waxing, and comprehensive skincare solutions
Assist clients with product demos and retail sales to promote skincare and beauty products that support their aesthetic goals
Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards in accordance with industry regulations to ensure a hygienic environment for clients and staff
Engage with clients through excellent customer service skills, addressing their needs and providing personalized recommendations
Utilize social media management skills to promote services, share client success stories, and grow the salon's online presence

Skills

Proven experience in eyelash extensions, lash lift, brow design, waxing and facial services
Strong management skills with the ability to handle front desk responsibilities and coordinate appointments efficiently
Excellent communication skills to educate clients about treatment options like botulinum toxin treatment or esthetic laser procedures while building trust
Retail sales expertise combined with upselling abilities to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue opportunities
Competence in social media management for marketing services and engaging with the community online
Deep understanding of sanitation protocols to uphold the highest standards of hygiene in all treatments
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
