We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension services to our clients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty services, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional eyelash extension services including classic, hybrid, volume, mega volume sets, and lift & Tints
• Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations for eyelash styles and care
• Conduct lash fills, removals, and consultations
• Maintain accurate client records using salon software
• Educate clients on aftercare and maintenance for lash health and retention
• Assist with scheduling appointments, managing client inquiries, and providing excellent guest services
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere that promotes teamwork and client satisfaction
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually enhance skills and service offerings

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license is required
• Previous experience in eyelash extensions or related beauty services is preferred
• Strong knowledge of guest services principles and practices
• Familiarity with salon software systems, particularly MINDBODY, is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
