Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to recommend customized lash services and aftercare.
• Perform lash extensions, lifts, tints, and enhancements with precision.
• Deliver a professional, relaxing experience aligned with Salon222's standards.
• Stay informed on lash trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow salon policies and assist with daily operations as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of lash experience with a strong portfolio; advanced skills a plus.
• Valid MA cosmetology or esthetician license.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Proficient in lash techniques and aftercare education.
• Reliable, organized, team-oriented, and growth-focused.

• Competitive Commission-Only Pay: Earn 60% of the revenue from the services you perform. The more clients you serve, the more you make! The salon retains 40%, but your earnings grow directly with the quality of your work.

• Flexible Scheduling:
• Full-Time: 6-8 hours per day for consistent hours and career growth.
• Part-Time: 4-6 hours per day, offering flexibility for a work-life balance.
• Preferred: Full-time availability is ideal, but part-time options are available.

Our Salon Hours:

• Tuesday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Saturday - Sunday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Mondays: Closed
