Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Lash and Brow Artist to join our dynamic beauty team. We have a very unique atmosphere where our staff truly motivates and educates one another. I am looking for someone that wants to grow their clientele and expand their knowledge. Someone that wants to be part of a healthy girls club vibe. In the following months I want to begin events and make our salon more of a community feel. I need a team member that would be honored to be a part of this.

We are commission based and provide a sliding scale for those working full time. Starting is 40% commission. The salon provides all products for you, booking system, etc.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional eyelash extensions and eyebrow shaping, waxing or threading, and tinting to create customized brow designs.
• Utilize salon software and systems like MEEVO to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process transactions efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and sanitation protocols to ensure client safety and comfort.
• Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs, providing consultations, and ensuring a positive experience during every visit.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to provide innovative services.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification required; additional certifications in laser treatments or Botox are a plus.
• Proven experience in brow artistry, waxing, threading, and eyelash extensions.
• Strong knowledge of retail sales techniques and customer service excellence.
• Excellent sanitation practices and adherence to health regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding client experiences.

Compensation and Location

Pay: $24.19 - $29.13 per hour
