Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Lash and Brow Artist to join our dynamic beauty team. We have a very unique atmosphere where our staff truly motivates and educates one another. I am looking for someone that wants to grow their clientele and expand their knowledge. Someone that wants to be part of a healthy girls club vibe. In the following months I want to begin events and make our salon more of a community feel. I need a team member that would be honored to be a part of this.

We are commission based and provide a sliding scale for those working full time. Starting is 40% commission. The salon provides all products for you, booking system, etc.

Responsibilities

Perform professional eyelash extensions and eyebrow shaping, waxing or threading, and tinting to create customized brow designs.
Utilize salon software and systems like MEEVO to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process transactions efficiently.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and sanitation protocols to ensure client safety and comfort.
Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs, providing consultations, and ensuring a positive experience during every visit.
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to provide innovative services.

Requirements

Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification required; additional certifications in laser treatments or Botox are a plus.
Proven experience in brow artistry, waxing, threading, and eyelash extensions.
Strong knowledge of retail sales techniques and customer service excellence.
Excellent sanitation practices and adherence to health regulations.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding client experiences.

Compensation and Location

Pay: $24.19 - $29.13 per hour
