The ideal candidate will have a strong background as an Eyelash Technician and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Eyelash Technician, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' beauty experience while ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Perform eyebrow threading services with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all sanitation protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering professional advice on brow shaping.
• Utilize salon software, such as Vagaro or DaySmart, for appointment scheduling and client management.
• Assist with additional services as needed, including body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques in threading and other esthetic treatments.
• Promote retail products that complement threading services to enhance client experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hair threading; additional skills in body waxing, eyelash extensions, or makeup application are a plus.
• Familiarity with salon software systems, like Vagaro, DaySmart, or similar.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices within the beauty industry.
• A background in cosmetology or related fields is preferred; certifications in esthetic laser treatment or botulinum toxin treatment are advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for beauty and aesthetics with a desire for continuous learning and professional development.
