We are offering an Independent Suite Chair Rental opportunity for a motivated and professional licensed barber or beauty professional looking to grow their own business in a private suite environment.

The suite is fully equipped and designed to support professionals who want independence while working in a professional setting. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is driven, open to learning, and interested in collaboration, with potential for future partnership opportunities as the business grows.

Suite Features

• Private suite with assigned suite number and access code
• Sink and hot tools included
• Ring lighting for content creation and client services
• Seating for guests
• Access to building amenities including microwave and public restroom

Professionals will use their own products unless they choose to contribute toward shared product costs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional suite environment
• Keep laundry clean and properly maintained
• Follow building and suite guidelines during scheduled check-ins
• Provide professional services to clients while building and maintaining your clientele
• Maintain professionalism with clients and other professionals in the building
• Respect and maintain all provided tools and equipment within the suite
• Ensure all tools and equipment remain in the same condition and placement as provided
• Mentor junior team members or apprentices when appropriate, sharing expertise in areas like hair threading or barbering techniques

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license in accordance with state or local regulations
• Proven experience in hair styling with proficiency in hair extensions and coloring
• Knowledge of salon software systems for scheduling and client management
• Strong understanding of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Ability to perform diverse services including eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and retail sales with confidence
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly, professional demeanor that builds rapport with clients
• Experience in store management or front desk responsibilities is a plus but not required
