Hairdresser

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong following clients base and background in hair styling and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful hairstyles, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. Chair Rental strongly preferred.

Duties

• Provide a variety of hair styling services, including cuts, coloring, and treatments.
• Utilize techniques such as straight razor cutting and hair extensions to meet client preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
• Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending products that enhance clients' hair care routines.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized services.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling.
• Support store management by adhering to salon policies and contributing to a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing skills.
• Proficiency in barbering techniques is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with GlossGenius or similar scheduling software is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to sanitize tools and maintain a clean workspace consistently.
