We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong following clients base and background in hair styling and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful hairstyles, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. Chair Rental strongly preferred.

Duties

Provide a variety of hair styling services, including cuts, coloring, and treatments.
Utilize techniques such as straight razor cutting and hair extensions to meet client preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
Engage in retail sales by recommending products that enhance clients' hair care routines.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized services.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling.
Support store management by adhering to salon policies and contributing to a positive team environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing skills.
Proficiency in barbering techniques is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with GlossGenius or similar scheduling software is a plus.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Ability to sanitize tools and maintain a clean workspace consistently.
