Duties

• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Stay updated on current trends in hair styling, color theory, and makeup application.
• Promote additional services such as eyelash extensions, nail care, and hair threading through upselling techniques.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of cosmetology principles and practices.
• Proficiency in hair styling techniques, including color theory and barbering skills.
• Experience with salon software systems, particularly Acuity.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to perform retail math for sales transactions and inventory management.
