Hair Stylist at Hair Experts

Come join our team at Hair Experts, a busy salon in the Belltower Plaza with great exposure. We are looking to hire immediately and are seeking multiple Hair Stylists or Barbers to join our team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services to our clients. If you have a passion for hair styling and enjoy creating beautiful looks, we would love to hear from you.

Duties

• Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair extensions
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on hair care and styling techniques
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the industry
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Assist with store management tasks such as inventory management and retail sales
• Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on skill development
• Utilize hair threading techniques when necessary
• Ensure compliance with all sanitation and health regulations
• Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments using MINDBODY software

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license
• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with expertise in hair extensions, mentoring, store management, hair threading, and retail sales
• Strong knowledge of retail math for accurate pricing and sales transactions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
