Guest Experience Associate at ORA Method

We're looking for a part-time Guest Experience Associate who brings genuine hospitality, sharp attention to detail, and a natural ease with people. What You'll Do

Guest Experience & Hospitality

• Greet and welcome every guest with the warmth and polish that defines the ORA brand.
• Manage arrivals, check-ins, scheduling, and transitions with calm confidence, even during busy periods.
• Anticipate guest needs, handle special requests gracefully, and resolve any concerns before they become issues.

Sales & Guest Education

• Develop a deep, genuine knowledge of ORA's treatments, herbal offerings, and retail products; guests will look to you as a trusted resource.
• Guide guests through their options with ease, whether they're first-timers or long-time regulars.

Studio Operations

• Open and close the studio with ownership and reliability, following all SOPs and communicating proactively.
• Support our service team by managing their schedules professionally and handling any day-of adjustments seamlessly.
• Maintain an immaculate, serene front-of-house environment at all times.

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in a service-forward environment: luxury spa, boutique fitness, upscale hospitality, specialty retail, or a high-quality cafe. This is non-negotiable.
• A natural communicator who is warm, polished, and confident in person.
• Genuine curiosity about wellness, holistic health, or Chinese medicine; you don't need to be an expert, but you should be the kind of person who wants to become one.
• Weekend availability is required. Evening availability is a strong plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new systems.
• A team player who takes pride in the environment they help create.

Compensation & Details

• Pay: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour, based on experience
• Type: Part-time
• Reports to: Area Manager
