Spa Receptionist at Luxury Spa NoHo
Luxury spa in NoHo has immediate openings. Weekend and night availability required.We are seeking an experienced receptionist who can multi-task in a busy environment. If you have a pleasant and magnetic personality and are enthusiastic about being a part of the healing arts industry, this is an opportunity for you!
Responsibilities
- Answering phones & scheduling appointments
- Checking customers in/out
- Touring clients
- Communication through phone and email
Requirements
- Sophisticated phone manner, and extremely polished when greeting clients
- Strong math and financial skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and mindset
- Detail oriented and organized
- Must be able to work Monday, Tuesday, and weekends with flexibility with hours
- Two years of professional experience in hospitality or the spa industry is preferred
- Experience with Meevo booking software or similar spa operating systems is a plus
