Position Overview

We are looking for a polished, reliable, and creative individual to join our team as a Front Desk Attendant & Content Creator. This unique role combines elevated client service with the opportunity to help shape and grow our social media presence.

You will be the first impression of our brand while also capturing and creating content that reflects the luxury experience we provide.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
• Expected Hours: 15.0 - 25.0 per week
• Work Location: In person

Responsibilities

Front Desk Duties:

• Provide a warm, professional, and elevated client experience
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage bookings efficiently
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and transactions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
• Support daily operations and ensure smooth client flow

Content Creation:

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of services, staff, and client experiences
• Create engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, and posts
• Assist with editing and posting content aligned with our brand aesthetic
• Collaborate on marketing ideas, promotions, and seasonal campaigns

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Interest or experience in social media/content creation (Facebook, Instagram)
• Eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Salon/spa or front desk experience is a plus, but not required
