In this role, you will:

• Welcome every guest with professionalism and warmth
• Manage a busy multi-line phone system and book appointments accurately
• Educate clients on upgrades, add-ons, and retail options
• Greet, check in, and check out guests to ensure smooth experiences
• Provide salon tours to new guests and represent the brand confidently
• Help coordinate the guest flow between salon and spa departments
• Support your team with operational and closing tasks

Who we're looking for:

• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or salon guest care is a strong plus
• Friendly, polished, and enthusiastic personality
• Organized multitasker who enjoys a fast-paced environment
• Strong communicator, both in person and over the phone
• Comfortable learning booking systems and working with tech
• Reliable, punctual, and available to work evenings and weekends
