Front Desk Sales Associate at Elite Aesthetics

Position Overview
We are expanding our team and are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Concierge who embodies our core values to serve as the face of Elite Aesthetics, providing exceptional customer service while managing various front desk operations. This is a sales position with the opportunity to grow within the company in this field. We are not accepting applicants who want to become service providers in any capacity.
Schedule
- Initial part-time schedule will be training for about 2 weeks
- Full-time schedule will consist of: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (10am - 6pm Tuesday and Thursdays)
- Position will transition to include a Saturday schedule as well in the future (still at 40 hours total)
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Elite Aesthetics scheduling system and client appointments (Boulevard)
- Warmly welcome clients and provide professional check-in/check-out procedures
- Build and maintain excellent client relations and communication
- Effectively sell service packages and promote membership programs
- Maintain the aesthetics and cleanliness of the reception area and facility
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Embody our E.L.I.T.E. values in all client interactions
- Support our holistic approach to aesthetics by understanding the connection between our services and overall wellness
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or spa/salon front desk preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that reflect our values of trust and integrity
- Professional appearance and positive attitude that represents our commitment to excellence
- Strong sales aptitude with an ethical approach that prioritizes client well-being over sales
- Ability to educate and empower clients to make confident, informed decisions
- Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer applications (Boulevard)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
