Led by one of Brooklyn's top Cosmetic Dermatologists, our newly renovated gorgeous facility located on Ocean Parkway, is seeking an upbeat, friendly, and responsible individual to join our team as a Front Desk Patient Coordinator. Job Summary
The Front Desk Patient Coordinator is responsible for creating an outstanding patient experience on the phone, in digital communications, and in the office. An ideal candidate will have a positive can-do attitude, great interpersonal skills, and an ability to remain organized while multitasking.

Daily Responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls and greet clients in a bubbly and pleasant manner
- Convert incoming calls, emails, and inquiries to appointments
- Keep track of inquiries and follow up until you have reached and assisted or booked them
- Update clients on the latest in-house promotions and offers, as well as new services
- Keep up with manufacturer-based rewards programs to maximize client incentives
- Ensure the schedule is maximized daily by rebooking patients and keeping records of client special requests and waiting lists
- Be educated on all services offered within the location (injectables, lasers, facials)
- Collect patient reviews and client feedback to maximize client satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with all staff members to ensure proper scheduling and accurate pricing for the services performed
- Keep the reception area clean and neat for a pleasant client environment
- Be on time, as you are responsible for opening the office during the morning shifts
Employment Options & Compensation
PART-TIME & FULL TIME options available.
Compensation depends on experience $18-$23/hr. Incentives are offered on rebooking clients and retail sales.
Full-time employees are also eligible for benefits package.
