Front Desk Administrator / Receptionist at
A luxury beauty and aesthetic clinic in Brooklyn is seeking a polished, warm, professional, and hospitality-driven Front Desk Administrator / Receptionist. This position is responsible for creating an exceptional first and last impression for every client.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Assist clients with beverages, comfort, and overall experience
- Manage scheduling and appointment coordination
- Answer calls, emails, texts, and inquiries
- Support client check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of reception and waiting areas
- Coordinate communication between clients and providers
- Support client follow-up and retention efforts
- Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks
Additional Responsibilities During Launch & Startup Phase
The clinic is currently in its launch and growth phase. Team members are expected to contribute to the overall success of the clinic beyond their primary responsibilities.
- Assist with clinic setup and preparation
- Support inventory organization, ordering, and restocking
- Assist with beverages and hospitality services
- Assist with laundry, linens, towels, and clinic upkeep
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of shared spaces
- Support office supplies and operational materials
- Assist with events, marketing initiatives, and launch projects
- Help maintain luxury service standards throughout the clinic
Additional Duties
The Front Desk Administrator is expected to serve as the first and last impression of the clinic and play a central role in delivering an elevated hospitality experience. Additional duties may be assigned based on business needs and operational requirements.
