Ruey Wellness is an elevated wellness studio offering refined spa services, sound therapy, movement classes, and intentional rituals. We are seeking a Front Desk / Client Experience Associate who brings warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail to every guest interaction. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a calm, welcoming environment and understands that luxury is felt through care, consistency, and presence.Role Overview
As the first point of contact, you will shape each guest's experience from arrival to departure. You will support bookings, memberships, retail, and daily studio flow while maintaining Ruey's elevated service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointments, scheduling, and check-out
- Explain services, memberships, and policies clearly and gracefully
- Support retail sales and product recommendations
- Answer phone calls, texts, and emails promptly
- Maintain front desk organization and studio presentation
- Assist with events, classes, and special programming
- Communicate guest needs to practitioners and management
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or boutique fitness preferred
- Polished communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Calm, detail-oriented, and service-focused
- Comfortable with booking software and POS systems
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a composed presence
- Genuine interest in wellness, self-care, and client experience
- Mandarin language proficiency required
