Salon Coordinator & Beauty Advisor at VaZa Salon

VaZa Salon is seeking a polished, friendly, and organized Salon Coordinator & Beauty Advisor to join our team in a luxury salon environment.

We're especially interested in candidates with experience in retail, beauty sales, customer service, or front desk operations who enjoy working with people, recommending products, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This position goes beyond answering phones and scheduling appointments. You'll play an important role in managing daily salon operations, supporting our team, and ensuring every guest receives outstanding service.

What You'll Do

Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service
Manage appointments, scheduling, confirmations, and phone calls
Coordinate daily salon flow and communicate with stylists
Recommend and sell professional haircare products
Process transactions and manage point-of-sale systems
Enter invoices, monitor inventory, and restock retail displays
Maintain an organized, professional reception and retail area
Address guest questions and concerns
Take initiative, solve problems, and help keep operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For

Previous retail or customer service experience strongly preferred
Experience in beauty retail, hospitality, or reception is a plus
Scheduling and appointment management experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Comfortable recommending products and meeting sales goals
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
Confident using technology and learning new systems
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
A team player interested in long-term professional growth
