Front Desk Coordinator at

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in a medical spa, dermatology, aesthetics, plastic surgery, or luxury wellness environment and understand the importance of providing exceptional patient and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcoming and checking in/out patients
• Managing appointments, scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations
• Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries
• Providing knowledgeable information about treatments and services
• Handling payments, memberships, and retail products
• Maintaining accurate patient information and records
• Assisting with daily front-office operations
• Following up with patients and helping maintain strong patient relationships
• Supporting the team in creating a polished, professional, and welcoming environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of front desk experience preferred
• Medical spa, aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, polished, and friendly demeanor
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable discussing treatments, services, and products
• Strong computer skills
• Experience with scheduling and/or medical spa software is a plus
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team
