Renu MedSpa is seeking a friendly, professional, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist / Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong organizational skills, and is comfortable discussing aesthetic treatments and services with clients.Responsibilities
- Greet and check in clients with a warm and professional attitude
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to client inquiries
- Assist with client consultations and treatment package sales
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Process payments and manage daily front desk operations
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients
- Assist with marketing promotions and special events
- Support providers and staff as needed
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable discussing treatments, pricing, and packages with clients
- Basic knowledge of MedSpa services and procedures preferred, including:
- Laser Hair Removal
- Injectables
- Facials
- Skin Rejuvenation Treatments
- Body Contouring Treatments
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
