Salon Assistant at VaZa Salon

This is more than an assistant position. Our goal is to help you become a confident, successful stylist through structured education, real salon experience, and one-on-one coaching.

What You'll Do

• Assist stylists with shampoos, color services, treatments, and styling
• Prepare guests for their appointments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional salon environment
• Support the salon team throughout the day
• Help at the front desk when needed

What We're Looking For

• NYS Cosmetology License (or Temporary License)
• Previous salon experience preferred
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative
• A team player looking for a long-term salon home
