Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of waxing services including facial waxing, full body waxing, brazilians, and eyebrow shaping.
• Maintain strict adherence to esthetic safety regulations, sanitation standards, and infection control procedures to ensure client safety.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment options tailored to their individual needs.
• Manage electronic records accurately for client appointments, treatment history, and medical records compliance.
• Promote retail sales of skincare products and aesthetic tools by providing knowledgeable consultations that meet clients' goals.

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician/Licensed Cosmetologist.
• Familiarity with sanitation practices, safety regulations, infection control protocols, and sterilization procedures.
• Strong client communication skills with the ability to educate and build rapport effectively.
• Experience with waxing including full body waxing, Brazilian waxing, eyebrow shaping, and waxing using hard wax.
• Ability to operate a checkout system efficiently for scheduling, record keeping, and checking out clients.
• A proactive team player with excellent sales skills to recommend products confidently while maintaining a customer-first approach.
