Long Island Skin Lash & Brow Academy is a licensed esthetics school dedicated to preparing students for the New York State licensing exam and real-world careers in the beauty industry. We're passionate about building confident, skilled estheticians and we're looking for a part-time instructor to join our team.Monday through Friday 9:30am to 3pm

Requirements
- Must hold a valid New York State Esthetics License for at least 3 years (required).
- Teaching experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person.
- Passion for skincare, waxing, and makeup, with the ability to inspire and support students.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Teach theory lessons from the Milady Esthetics textbook.
- Instruct students in New York State Board practical techniques.
- Demonstrate and supervise real-world techniques including facials, waxing, and makeup.
- Guide and mentor students throughout their program.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Help maintain a professional, supportive, and motivating classroom environment.
