Responsibilities

• Perform body waxing and waxing services with precision and care to ensure client satisfaction
• Deliver spa services such as makeup application and other aesthetic treatments that enhance clients' natural beauty
• Maintain impeccable sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations and industry best practices
• Engage with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate skincare products or retail items
• Manage your appointment schedule efficiently to maximize client flow and studio utilization
• Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client preferences, and retail sales to support ongoing client relationships

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as an Esthetician or Cosmetologist with certification in skincare treatments
• Proven experience in skincare, facials, waxing services, and body waxing techniques
• Knowledge of advanced aesthetic procedures such as laser treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and dermabrasion
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
• Ability to perform sanitation procedures meticulously to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Excellent sales skills for retail product recommendations and upselling additional services
