Licensed Esthetician and Lash Artist at Hidden Gem Spa

In this dynamic role, you will provide expert aesthetic treatments, including eyelash extensions, facial services, waxing, and other esthetics services offered at the spa following Hidden Gem Spa protocols. Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic services such as eyelash extensions, lash lift/tints, facials, body waxing, body treatments, and all other esthetics services offered at the spa.
• Deliver personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in accordance with industry regulations and state licensing requirements.
• Upsell retail products and aesthetic treatments to enhance client results and increase revenue.
• Assist with front desk responsibilities including guest services, check-in/check-out procedures, and managing client records.

Qualifications

• Valid state esthetician license with certification in lash artistry/esthetics license (at least 1 year of experience preferred).
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in eyelash extensions, facials, waxing, and other esthetics services.
• Experience in retail sales, upselling, and good time management skills.
• Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols essential for client well-being.

Since this is a service-based industry, compensation is structured as a combination of base hourly pay, commission, tips, and bonuses when applicable.
