For this aesthetic position, candidates will be required to perform exemplary aesthetic services with a solid knowledge of general aesthetics and well-experienced hands. Unfortunately, we cannot hire inexperienced aestheticians.
Candidates will be required to be proficient in hard wax, strip wax, and full body waxing for women, as well as microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, lash lifts and tints, with nano-infusion experience being a plus but not required. Candidates' facial performance must be outstanding. This is a commission position. 40% on facials, tints, and lifts. 50% on waxing and body scrubs.
Duties
- Perform various esthetic services, while maintaining an upbeat, caring, yet professional manner
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace
- Maintain handwritten files after each service
- Assist with trash removal and ongoing laundry
- Be aware of schedule changes on your booker app
