Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care
• Perform body waxing services such as waxing and body waxing to meet client needs
• Provide spa services that promote relaxation and rejuvenation, ensuring a calming environment for clients
• Maintain impeccable sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations and best practices
• Engage with clients through effective communication skills, understanding their goals and recommending suitable treatments and retail products
• Manage client appointments efficiently, ensuring a smooth flow of services and excellent customer experience
• Promote retail sales by recommending skincare products and makeup applications that complement treatments and enhance results

Experience

• Valid esthetician license or cosmetology certification required
• Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser therapy preferred
• Knowledge of spa services including waxing and body waxing techniques
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
• Familiarity with aesthetic treatments like chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments is highly desirable
• Experience in retail sales of skincare products and makeup application is a plus
• Commitment to sanitation standards and professional ethics in all client interactions
