Licensed Aesthetician at Gray Lab Aesthetics
Gray Lab Aesthetics is seeking an experienced Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing medical aesthetics practice in White Plains on a part-time basis.We are looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in advanced skincare and medical aesthetics who is comfortable performing treatments, consulting with clients, recommending appropriate services and skincare products, and building long-term client relationships.
This is not an entry-level position. Candidates should have at least 2 years of professional aesthetician experience. Medical spa experience is strongly preferred.
This is a part-time position with the opportunity for additional hours as Gray Lab Aesthetics continues to grow. We are looking for someone who can bring experience to the practice from day one and grow with us.
Responsibilities
- Perform customized facials and advanced skincare treatments
- Perform Hydrafacial, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion and other aesthetic treatments
- Perform aesthetic device treatments based on prior training and experience
- Conduct skin consultations and develop personalized treatment recommendations
- Educate clients on skincare, home-care regimens and post-treatment care
- Recommend appropriate skincare products and additional treatments
- Build strong client relationships through excellent service, rebooking and follow-up
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation and strict sanitation standards
- Work collaboratively with our medical and aesthetic providers
- Stay current with new treatments, technologies and developments in medical aesthetics
Qualifications
- Current New York State Esthetics License
- Minimum 2 years of professional aesthetician experience required
- Medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery or advanced aesthetics experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Hydrafacial, chemical peels, dermaplaning and advanced skincare treatments
- Experience with lasers, IPL/BBL, RF microneedling, body contouring or other aesthetic devices is a strong plus
- Strong consultation and skincare knowledge
- Comfortable recommending and selling professional skincare products and treatments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, dependable and team-oriented
